Our AMC engagements are categorised into two based on hardware support: Comprehensive and Non-Comprehensive. Comprehensive contacts place the responsibility of hardware replacement on us whereas for Non-Comprehensive contracts, we shall separately invoice the hardware replacement expense to the client. Both Comprehensive and Non-Comprehensive contracts guarantee the same level of professional services and support as agreed during the contract signing stage.
